    Riikka is the leader of Sustainability Services at Deloitte Finland and the co-lead for Deloitte’s global circular economy strategy offering with ten years of experience in sustainable business, circular economy, and stakeholder engagement. Riikka has both consultant and in-house sustainability experience as well as experience from various positions of responsibility in sustainable business. Riikka has gained extensive experience in advising the top management of Finnish, Danish and global companies and other organizations to find practical, business-oriented solutions to sustainability strategy, stakeholder engagement and specific topics, such as circular economy and supply chain and human rights.

    Peter Forth is one of Ecolab’s most distinguished scientists with 20y+ of experience in formulating cleaning and disinfection products and programs ranging from fmcg to tailored B2B solutions. As the head of the Ecolab Textile Care RD&E group in Europe Peter delivered end-to-end solutions improving customer’s sustainability performance. Since 2013 Peter develops programs and products with the aim of reducing hospital-acquired-infections (HAIs).

    Victor Henriksson is a Research Analyst for the Home & Tech cluster at Euromonitor International, the world’s leading provider of business intelligence on industries, countries and consumers. In his current role Victor is responsible for conducting and overseeing research on consumer markets for the Nordic countries and Eastern Europe. The research evolves around strategic analyses and monitoring of key trends and developments on the FMCG markets Home & Garden, Toys & Games, Tissue & Hygiene and Home Care as well as on the markets Consumer Electronics and Consumer Appliances.

    Dr. Andre Chieffi works at P&G’s Newcastle Innovation Centre (UK), where he leads a group working on cleaning technologies. Before joining P&G in 2002, he studied chemistry (BsC and PhD) at Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil) and University of Waterloo (Canada) and did a postdoc at MIT (US). At P&G, Andre worked most of his career at the Newcastle Innovation Centre (UK) working on the development of new technologies for sustainable cleaning products (e.g.: enzymes, polymers, bleach, encapsulation and active delivery systems). Andre spent two years in Brazil (2012/2013) leading P&G´s Open Innovation program for Latin America.

    Currently managing a large group of chemistry scientists and mechanical and mechatronics engineers as a leader of the global R&D division of Diversey I am responsible for development of game changing innovations for our customers which enables them to increase their sustainability and profitability. The innovations we develop all have a strong sustainability backbone and link into our internet of clean strategy. During my 25 year career at Diversey I have always been very interested in chemistry technology and how we can change the way cleaning and disinfection impacts on the environment and the people we protect. To enable that I have worked closely with external parties such as universities and our raw material suppliers with a focus to lead in the technology area of industrial and institutional cleaning. I have a strong background in disinfection, formulation technology and the applications thereof in textile cleaning, housekeeping, kitchen cleaning and personal care. During my career I have been using tools such as Lean Six Sigma but also have become skilled in managing highly educated professionals to bring out the best. I started my career in Unilever and afterwards SC Johnson and Sealed Air but before my professional career I studied at the University of Leiden and the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel where we examined energy systems in light harvesting complexes of bacteria. I started my academic life at the “Hogeschool Drenthe” in Emmen, Netherlands.

    Luis Ignacio Gil is a TS&D manager at The Dow Chemical Company based in Tarragona, Spain, where he has worked for Dow Industrial Solutions since 2007. Luis spent most of his career in surfactant production plant in DOW Tarragona where he held several manufacturing related positions. After joining the TS&D group in 2015, he has been supporting customers in EMEAI region for DIS product portfolio of surfactants, amines, solvents and chelating agents, and with special focus on cleaning and pulp and paper markets.

    Kevin Green has developed and lead sustainability strategies in global chemical, plastic packaging, and aluminum sectors over a 20-year career. Mr. Green has developed and deployed recycling strategies for reuse of post-consumer plastic resin, cleaning product containers, and aluminum scrap. Mr. Green taught sustainable business consulting master\\\'s degree curriculum at The Georgia Institute of Technology\\\'s Scheller School of business. Mr. Green currently serves as the Senior Global Commercial Director of the Household, Personal Care, and Specialty Chemical Business Units for Graham Packaging, a global leader in rigid plastic container manufacture and leading recycler of plastic in the rigid plastic packaging industry. Graham Packaging produces over 16 Bln plastic containers per year, a large portion of which are used in chemical, household, and personal care products. Graham Packaging produces over 40MM lb/year of post-consumer plastic resin for use in the manufacture of rigid plastic containers for Household, Personal Care, and Specialty Chemical products
